From Piazzale Roma (bus station) or from the railway station you can take the private water taxi for the "Campiello del Remer" near Rialto bridge, or the public boat (vaporetto) n°82 for Rialto (stop). Proceed in direction of Teatro "Malibran"and, before the San Giovanni Grisostomo bridge, turn in a little street called "Calle della Stua/Scaleter" : at the end there is the "Campiello del Remer" on the Grand Canal; with the view of the XIII century marble stair, go up to the second floor.

From Marco Polo airport in Venice:

-or take the public boat Alilaguna for San Marco Square or Fondamenta Nuove
-otherwise take bus Atvo or bus Actv line 5 for Piazzale Roma
From Rialto it's only a 3 minutes walk; from Piazza San Marco it takes about 10 minutes.
